We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My kids did the watersports summer camp recently. Despite it being a small group as it was the last week of the summer (when the Irish schools have started back), they were kept very busy and enjoyed the range of activities - kayaking, rafting, sailing, paddleboarding, pontoon diving and more! The staff managed that fine line between being fun and friendly while keeping control and ensuring safety at all times. 5 stars.

We have just returned from a week with Sinead at Oysterhaven and had a wonderful time. We were a large family party of 20 and had 5 cottages. Cottages were perfect for our needs and very spacious. Beautiful peaceful location but in easy reach of kinsale town. Family fun activity day was great and we were lucky with weather so enjoyed
Iots of outdoor time admiring the wonderful views. Hope to see you all again sometime.

Our two 13 year old children just had a great two weeks sailing instruction at Level 3. Helped by the great weather but every night they came home happy and tired. Seemed to enjoy the tuition and the new friends. Option of taking the bus from Cork there and back was great and we used that.

The view from our balcony was amazing. The complex was quiet. Very convenient for running into busy Kinsale. Very roomy. Fully equipped kitchen with accessories and washer and dryer. Nice area for a walk in the evenings. I would defintely want to stay here again and for a longer amount of time than two nights.

We booked two cottages for a long weekend in June. The location is rural and there is very little around but the setting is beautiful and it's a fifteen minute drive to Kinsale which has lots of restaurants, bars, swimming pool, beach etc. The cottages are very clean and well equipped. Walton Court across the road is lovely for coffee, breakfast or lunch. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back.

Went here for the a 2.5 hour kayaking session with a friend. On this particular day, the weather was miserable and the closer we got to Oysterhaven, the worse the weather got. So we were anything but enthusiastic when we got there. We meet our tutor Sian and he made it the most enjoyable 2.5 hours. He informed us about the ins and outs of the kayak, strokes, etc. He brought us out to a creek where the sea water was calmer as it was our first time kayaking and it was an amazing experience. He was great company and we wouldn't have enjoyed it so much if it wasn't for him. We will definitely return.
