Enjoyed a visit to this factory very friendly staff. We were a family of mixed ages from 4, to 12 which they catered for all ages! They demonstrated how to do the models and then got to make our own mold and handpaint them. They even have toys to keep the toddlers amused and could get a coffee!! Overall would... More

Our son spotted a flier for this at our hotel so we decided to stop on our way to Killarney. It is a few miles off of N22 but worth the detour. We did not have a booking but they were able to fit us in to make some figures. Everyone enjoyed it (ages 12 and 9). They have figures... More

We saw the sign for this toy soldier factory on the side of the road and decided to check it out. It's a few minutes off the main road with lots of signs directing you there. It was definitely worthwhile stopping! We were given a demonstration by Mary where she showed us and explained exactly how the figures were made... More

I brought my 9 year old nephew. He loved it. We hadn't booked it but did receive a warm welcome all the same. It's a hidden gem really. He received a little tutorial on how to make his own toy soldier and then had the opportunity to make one himself. There are different characters to choose from such as soldier... More

I visited with my 7 and 9 year old kids on the way back to Dublin. Was a great way to end our weekend in West Cork. Both kids cast and painted items - my daughter their newest item - an elf. My son choose a soldier on horseback. They loved it and asked me to promise a stop each... More

We enjoyed the day so much, the workshop for kids is extremely interactive and cost wise it is very reasonable. Mary and staff were fantastic and i would highly recommend the factory for a day out.

Today me and my girlfriend came to the factory because it was on our way back to Dublin. We were on a 5 day trip and saw it in a brochure so why not drop by. The staff was very welcoming and gave a demonstration of the model making and explained everything in detail. We could wander around and see... More

Visited with our two girls aged 11 and 12 years old who cast and painted a Fairy and a Ballerina. They loved it. Staff are all lovely and very helpful. Very reasonably priced. Discounts for morning bookings and booking on line when we visited. Bought a casting kit for girls to do more figures at home (you can do it... More
