Small and I mean small exhibit of local " stuff" and a garden that is unkept and seen better days. Family center closed on weekend, not noted on web site

I was very sorry to read your recent review and that you were so disappointed with your visit. Obviously, this is not the sort of customer experience we like to receive and when notified at the time of the visit any issues are addressed immediately.

Unfortunately we arrived at almost 5 pm as the centre was closing, but the lovely lady at the desk told us we could still take the walk and gave us a handy little map.Loop walk 1 was about 45 minutes and just what we needed....More

We were so happy to discover this gem in Mayo. Beautiful gardens, walks and tea room. We walked down to Lough Conn with fabulous views to Nephin. Interesting little museum as well.

A great place for gaining an insight as to how the people of Southern Ireland lived. Some very upsetting pieces on display, and they are real, not made up ornaments.
