Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Mazz's shop may be the tiniest on the island, but it packs the most punch -- a wide array of great records by contemporary rock, pop, vocal & trad artists, alongside the legends who made Irish music the world's music. literally found all of my favorites there -- on vinyl & CD alike. we spent over an hour just talking to Mazz, who's a true pleasure and one-of-a-kind. be sure to make time for a stop-in when you're in Dingle, and be sure not to leave empty-handed.

Mazz is one in a million. We visited her shop on the suggestion of a photographer we met in Stradbally who had visited her shop and loved everything about her. We couldn’t agree more. Mazz has a great personality and her record shop, although tiny, is mighty. We purchased her album and several others to bring back to the states. All made the trip in one piece and are a reminder of our time in the shop and with Mazz.
My husband commented that her shop was kind of hard to find and she should put up a sign with neon arrows pointing to it so it would be more obvious. His comments were misunderstood as she thought he was talking about Aeros…a chocolate! We all got a good laugh out of that one. We met up with her later at Kennedy’s Pub where we went to listen to a couple of ladies she recommended. She sang a song for us about our meeting and that she calls my hubby Mr. Aero. What a great time.
Anyhow…find her shop! It’s well worth your time and if you’re lucky maybe they’ll be a session going on!!

Dingle Record Shop is branded as “The Smallest Record Shop in Ireland” - but it’s so much more than a record shop.

You can browse the wide assortment of local Irish artists, appreciate and purchase local artwork hanging in the window, or thumb through the varied selection of LPs… all while listening to stories from Mazz, the owner who a and a delightful Dingle native.

If you’re looking for local music, look no further.

Worth a visit!

This tiny shop has so much music and atmosphere. It’s right in town on Green Street next to a great bookstore. Don’t leave Dingle without stopping in.

We stumbled into Mazz's shop as it was just down the road from our B&B in Dingle. There's a wonderful selection of traditional Irish music (as well as choices in other genres), but the real highlight for us was Mazz herself. We had a great chat that did not last nearly long enough, could have stayed for hours! Our B&B host told us the next day that Mazz is the "Queen of Dingle" and I quite agree. Do yourself a favor and stop in if you're in the area, its well worth the visit!

Fun time chatting with Mazz; she has a great selection of Irish music, both local and farther afield. She'll also speak some Irish for you if you insist.

This place is absolutely amazing and would be nothing without the wonderful Mazz behind it! Literally the smallest record shop I have even been in ever, however Mazz just exudes charm, warmth and friendliness. She knows everyone in the area, and the shop is surprisingly well stocked for something so small. It seems that Mazz works hard to promote up and coming artists, as well as being a huge part of the local community. Her 'sessions from the shop' are wonderful and anyone who visits Dingle should not go home until they have dropped by here!
