The downsides for me was the limited seating and the music not starting until 10pm Friday evening. I enjoyed everything while I was here, sitting with my beer, and listening to music, I just couldn't stay long as the daughter wanted to get to bed....More

We asked every local we came across during our time in Dingle and every one of them said that O'Flaherty's had the best trad music in town. They weren't wrong! Such a lively group of musicians playing amazing music. The setting inside the pub was...More

O'Flahertys Pub is by far our favorite pub in Ireland. They offer a welcoming atmosphere to all visitors. The decor is anything but modern. And that's a good thing. Local team photos on the wall encapsulate their community spirit and involvement. A holiday to Dingle...More

A local recommended this place for the music so we hung around for an hour waiting. The bartender was incredibly unfriendly to everyone. She slightly unthawed for locals but not by much-no smile for anyone. Clearly not a fan of tourists. The owner played the...More

A feature which signals an authentic pub. Owner is a mutli-instrumentalist and in four successive sets of tunes played four separate ones of the seven instruments he had a hand. Good music.

This pub was recommended in our Rick Steve's guidebook as well as by a couple that we met in Kenmore one night at dinner. They said they had a great time here and we should definitely check out if we are in the area. We...More

We came in here about 8pm and there was no atmosphere at all. I'm sure it livens up when the music starts but it wasn't very atmospheric. It's a huge place and I'm sure it would be great with the crowds in.
