This is a must stop pub, when in Dingle. Grab a pint in the front room and take it to one of the back rooms and sit by the fireplace. Don't forget to toss a piece of coal on the fire!

Was told to go to Dick Mack's by other travelers and I was not disappointed. An authentic Irish pub with a massive selection of whiskeys, many of which can't be found in the states. Staff was incredibly kind, my friends and I spent hours here enjoying the atmosphere and other patrons.

My husband and I really enjoyed visiting Dick Mack's. The collection of whiskey that Finn has put together is amazing. Great experience for anyone who wants to try unusual or hard to find whiskies. Finn had great suggestions. It's a great place to sit and chat with other tourists. It's an interesting spot, definitely worth visiting!

Although there are many pubs to choose from, we found ourselves in Dick Macks on more than one occasion during our stay. Very comfortable and friendly. With it being across from the Church, (as the sign states on the wall outside) we were lucky enough to experience a wedding. At first thinking it had just ended with the wedding party... More

Our friends kept asking "Have you gone to Dick Mack's yet?" On our second day in Dingle we finally walked through the door. There were just a few locals at the end of the bar. We sat at the bar, ordered our drinks and started looking around taking it all in. The taps from where my Guinness was poured were... More

Made a point to visit as a good musician friend had played here during his travels around Ireland. We were out for an early afternoon pint or 2, and since it was before 4pm, the leather worker was still there. I believe, as was normal custom 'in the old days', pubs had other businesses using the space during the day.... More

This pub started life as a boot seller & repairers shop & there are still remnants of old stock on the shelves. It now has an enviable reputation for the exceptional range of Irish & Scotch whiskeys that it stocks. The front bar is in the old shop, but behind is a veritable warren of little rooms, one of which... More

My friends and I popped into Dick Mack's because it appeared to be a good time as there were people spilling out of it. As it turns out, someone local was getting married the next day at the church across the street and it seemed like their entire family was in that bar. It was nice to pop into a... More

You have to go to Dick Mack's, simply because of their reputation and history. I had a quick Guinness but didn't stay because it was literally standing-room-only, mostly with men (if I were younger, that would have been a great thing, haha). And it's noisy! Lots of craic, maybe too much. Not my cup of tea (or Guinness), but I... More
