We went out on a small trip - sail around the point kind of thing. We actually own a live aboard Catamaran sailboat in the US so a group on a 12-14’ vessel was a change. Adam and Alva were absolute professionals and very confident sailors and two of the most impressive teens we’ve met in a long time. We learned that Fungi, the Dingle Dolphin likes the small sailboats and followed us - as did the Fungi boats which was a great laugh. Wish we could stay in Dingle a bit to enjoy the club. We’d definitely go again!

7yr old did splash course & enjoyed every minute of it. Couldn't wait to go again the next day. The most fun was going in the rain, it made the experience more exciting.

7yr old & 10 yr old enjoyed this course so much that we had to book them in for a second week. Very organised and cheerful staff. Kids came home glowing every day after various water based activities and I wish they'd go to school as fast as they went in every morning.

Booked a 5 day course with Dingle Sailing Club for myself and my better half. Weather did not always cooperate, but it was a terrific experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional, Dingle Bay is an ideal location to learn to sail. I am very happy to recommend Dingle Sailing Club to others.

Dingle bay is an excellent place to learn hoy to sail, nice breeze and still sheltered from the Atlantik. The members of staff were lovely, always helpful and made me feel secure on my first trips on the sailing boat. I recommend it to everyone!

What a super week our kids had on a 5 day dingy sailing course. With winds challenging, a good fleet kept them sailing for all 5 days. Instructors (Phelim, Oran and the crew)were fabulous. Recommend it to any beginner sailors.

I have done 2 sailing course with dingle Sailing Club that are run specifically for women over 18. (We are 40+ and non sailors) Have had such a blast with my friends after the first one that I had to follow up a few weeks later and do the next one available. The club is run by young enthusiastic sailors and instructors with wetsuits, safety equipment and boats provided.

Our 2 sons sail in one of the 'major' Dublin clubs for most of the year but spend August in Dingle, a much smaller club. In every respect there is no comparison, Dingle has better staff, better organisation and overall is a much more friendly and yet challenging club.

My husband and I did a day course with Lia who was fantastic. She wasn't satisfied with just teaching us the basics she challenged us every step of the way and has given us the bug we can't wait to sailing again. Lia is a tribute to the club!!
