We decided to take this tour because rain was expected for the day. What better way to spend the day then in a van touring. It turned out to be much better than we expected. The sights Tim brought us to were amazing. The history...More

A taste of Dingle I would have never experienced without Michael’s tour. He is so informative- told like a story. I understood so much even without a history foundation. Excellent.

I learned so much from Michael as we traveled the Wild Atlantic Way. He is a wealth of knowledge and the sites he chooses to take this tour by are extraordinary. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Hands down, the best of Ireland thus far in our 8 days around the Island. Michael is an archaeologist who knows absolutely everything about the history of the land, the people, the folklore and architecture. Every stop was fascinating and his chats along the way...More

This is our first time in Ireland; the Dingle area is an otherworldly magical place deeply rooted in Ireland. Michael, in his excellent presentation, made it all come alive. All of us - including 14 and 19 year old enjoyed it. Not only did we...More

One of the best tours we’ve done here in Ireland! Michael really brought the history of the Dingle Peninsula alive, in an informative, interesting manner. The time flew by!

We drove ourselves through Ireland, but decided to take this tour because we wanted to really understand the history of the Dingle peninsula. So glad we did. The tour takes you up some cliffs that would be pretty frightening to drive on your own, and...More

This half-day (3 hour) tour features Tim Collins whose small van holds about 15-20 people. Tim drives and talks (no small feat on the narrow roads) with visits to the Beehive Huts and other sites around the peninsula. Plenty of opportunities for taking photos as...More

We stayed in the Collins’ B&B and took the archaeology tour and loved both SO MUCH! Michael (the son of Tim and Eileen) is a most knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly guide. Words fail the value of this tour, as you can drive it yourself, but...More

I tried e-mailing using an e-mail address in Rick Steves's guidebook, but I never received a reply. We just visited the Eileen Kirrary B&B at the beginning of our stay in Dingle (where the tour operates from) and booked the... More
