About
Located in the heart of Dingle town, Dick Mack’s award-winning brewhouse was set up by three friends in October 2017. Winning two gold awards within our first year of opening, we are now pouring in over 30 locations on the Dingle Peninsula. History... This behind-the-scenes tour begins in our taproom, where we give you an insight into how this award-winning brewhouse came to be, and talk about our fascinating journey to date. You will then get to explore our brewhouse, a two-hundred-year-old cowshed, not usually open to the public. Brewing Process... In the brewhouse we will take you through the brewing process, including an in-depth talk about the ingredients vital to the unique taste of Dick Mack’s beers. TASTE... The final part of our tour takes place in the taproom, where you get to sample our award-winning beers and discuss the different characteristics and tastes involved. Sláinte!

I visited this pub originally because of its status as a whiskey bar in Ireland. It has won numerous awards for Uisce Beatha (whiskey) and the Brewhouse is a new addition at the rere of the pub.

Firstly, this pub has been in the same family since 1899 and hasn't changed one iota in the years since. There is always a terrific atmosphere and something happening here and the brewhouse is an extension of this.

The tours are informative, clever, interesting and usually presented by one of the owners or the brewer himself. They are very reasonable and the merchandise on offer is cool and of excellent quality.

I would definitely come back here again when in Dingle.

Interesting small group tour with lots of samples of their delicious beer, especially the stout. Just a pity the pub hadn't reopened yet when we were there as we really love the bar.

The brewery tour is fantastic. Laura is a great guide and is full of knowledge about the brewery! After the tour we got to taste 4 different drinks that they produce here, dingle stout, pale ale, amber ale and my favourite, session IPA 🤤🤤 would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Dingle

Very interesting afternoon touring the craft brewery with a very knowledgeable guy explaining the brewing process. Sampled 4 different craft beers. Pale ale, Amber, a coffee flavoured stout and an wonderfully hoppy IPA. All unique and delicious. IPA was my favorite. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend to anyone who wants to liven up their taste buds after drinking standard beer

The beer was great! Something for all types of beer drinkers! An IPA, pale ale, amber ale and a stout! Typically I (the wife of this duo) am not a fan of beer but it was actually quite good! One downfall, They only have it in Dingle (we’ll miss it in the states). One recommendation to the brew house. Start the tasting while telling the story and showing the brewroom, slamming 4 samples at the end was a bit much!

A nice place to drop in for a pint or two. There is inside and outside seating. The beers are very good. Had a pint of the red ale and a glass of the stout. Delicious.

I spent a wonderful hour and a half doing the brewery tour and learning all about the the process and how they go about making their beer. The guide's (Laura) enthusiasm for the beer and what's been involved in establishing this business was really inspiring. The 4 tastings at the end went down very well! Would highly recommend.

It's Nice to hear of a business doing well and the story is interesting about how it got started, but the actual brewery bit is not that interesting it's just a few tanks in a shed - the beer is good but can get the same in dick macks pub without having to pay 12 euro per person to go on the tour. Will go back to Dingle and dick macks pub but will definitely skip the tour.

Worth coming to a tour here to listen to the uplifting and positive story of what you can do if you put your mind to it. Great personal guide and really interesting to find out about the history and beers are great to taste.
