Hello! I am trying to book for the Dingle Rib Boat Sea Safari and I see the boat can hold up to twelve guests but I am trying to reserve for a group of 5 and it won't let me book for more than 4 people. Is there a way we can book for 5?

Hi Bridget and Jimmy, I'm not sure you understand me. It wasn't that I couldn't hear Captain Adam. He was giving NO commentary and seemed more interested checking his mobile phone than addressing his customers. Yes there were some questions that he did answer which I could hear so hearing him wasn't an issue. All I can say is that I'm very thankful there was a knowledgeable tourist sitting behind me who gave excellent commentary. Your tour was a recommendation from a close friend. I too am upset and disappointed. I shouldn't have to rely on other tourists to do the job that your tour guide is paid to do. As you can see from all of my previous reviews of various activities, I have never had a bad word to say. I have been very lucky. However, in this instance I felt the need to warn other tourists so they would have better a experience than I did. I had a look at your other reviews after my trip in June 2018 and I can see there have been a few excellent reviews naming Captain Adam. I am glad to see you have put your words into action in order to rectify this issue. I am more than happy to accept your complimentary trip for the next time I visit Dingle. If after my second experience I feel the issue has been rectified then I would be more than happy to edit my rating of your Sea Safari tour. Please PM me for my address. Regards, Sarah
