The Traditional Rowing folks were very accommodating. They got us on the water with one days notice and were flexible about the time. Manza(sp?) was very knowledgeable about the history and construction of these traditional skin-on-frame boats, and also very competent on the oars. My...More

My sister and high school friend and I had a free day in Dingle, and wanted to get out on the water - actively! Rowing with Maunza was a blast, and I didn't even have sore muscles after. We saw the morning fog rise from...More
My two friends and I had a free day in Dingle and wanted to do something fun outdoors. After days of walking to wonderful stone ruins the water beckoned us. We phoned Dingle Traditional Rowing club Friday evening and we were on the water at...More

Such a unique way to experience dingle bay! Our family (young and old) enjoyed rowing in the traditional dingle rowing boats, we got to hear about the bay and enjoy the beautiful scenery!
Our family went out for an hour first thing in the morning. The bay was empty, the instructor was patient with my poor steering, and the experience was memorable.
