About
Venture out into Dingle Harbour, hugging the coastline in order to explore the various environments to be found there, from wetlands, to woodlands, to rocky sea caves and cliffs. Each habitat offering different opportunities to see a wide variety of wildlife. On any given tour there may be a chance to see curlew, egret, snipe, and grey heron, or jelly fish, seals, and dolphins. The list could go on and on as the harbour is also a sought after destination for migrating birds. Stand up paddle boarding offers a wonderful way to explore as it is non-invasive for the environment, easy to do and allows the paddler to truly immerse themselves in the area. As well as being fun and relaxing it also provides a much needed time out from the chaos of daily life. A tour with Wild SUP Tours offers the opportunity to experience the harbour from a qualified ecologist’s point of view. Ed Lacey, BSc Environmental Protection, as our tour guide, has over 25 years of experience in watersports and extensive knowledge of the harbour. The tour will offer up a wealth of information and observations that will have you walking away with a broader understanding of the intricacies of a fully functioning ecosystem and a lasting memory to take home. These tours will give the public a different perspective of the harbour. Offering a new way to see the birds and the bees and allowing for the exploration of the lesser seen corners of the bay. With top of the line equipment and a qualified instructor, these tours are safe, fun and accessible to anyone willing to try. All you need to bring is water, sun screen, a towel, your swim suit and yourself! Please note that stand up paddle boarding is a weather dependant activity. Confirm all tours are running as scheduled beforehand.

I had an amazing trip with Oona, it was an honour to experience the wild country side and coast of Kerry in such an unique way. As an intermediate paddler, I felt very safe and learned a lot on the trip. Oona gave lots of very useful advice without taking from the relaxing experience. I would highly recommend Wild Sup tours if you are looking for an unforgettable adventure.

I had the most amazing experience paddle boarding with Wild SUP Tours. Both Oona and Ed are amazing hosts and guides and aid to the confidence you feel while out of the water.

I wish i had booked an extended stay in Dingle cause it would have been great to get out on the water more than once with this group.

Will definitely be back next Summer :)!

Would fully recommend this experience while in dingle , Una and Ed make it family friendly and we enjoyed every part of it . You suit up in wetsuits and paddle out across the peninsula taking in about 7 kms in total with the swimming and paddle boarding in the caves an exceptional moment. We felt safe as I had four teens with me and we were never rushed or out of our depth we were supported all the way. Could not recommend this enough a must do experience in Dingle. Thank you Una and Ed and our mascot Rowan.

Oona and Ed are so lovely. It was a great to paddle along the coast of the Dingle Peninsula. I have very little previous experience and it was not as difficult. Oona led a small group of us. A very intimate experience. Highly recommend!

Ed and Una were amazing from the outset. We went out on a 10am trip as a couple with another large group. We loved every minute of the trip and were lucky to have great weather to back it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun activity.

We had the best half day tour with Ed who could not have been more accomodating, kind and friendly! This was a major highlight of our trip and it was amazing to see Dingle Bay from the water, particularly with such a knowledgeable guide. I honestly cannot recommend Wild SUP Tours enough and we will definitely book in again when we come back!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) could not have had a better time on the water in Dingle than we had with Wild SUP Tours last week. Half day paddle across Dingle Bay, exploring caves and enjoying unique vantage points, with an expert guide (she has SUP'd up the West Coast of Ireland!). Tour operators are very knowledgeable about the area and quick to give encouragement and instructions to help us get the most out of each paddle stroke and build confidence. Awesome, well-organized, laid-back experience that I can't recommend highly enough.
