Probably not the quality of Killarney or the Ring of Kerry but a relatively small but challenging course with some excellent views. Friendly reception and the overall atmosphere of the course was very good. If you are not on the top of this game this is a reasonable course.

The layout is different where you cross a roadway and meander thru a neighborhood but the holes are very interesting- classic Hackett. I was disappointed the fellow at the reception was not very friendly and could have told me the greens were just sprayed and the airguns did not work. If so i might have come back on another day.

This is a value course with some fabulous views but modest quality . The green were tined and bumpy, and the course wasn't as well presented as it could be. We still had an enjoyable round on this course.

An American friend and I played 18 holes on one of those sunny and rainy afternoons. We rented 2 sets of clubs, were given balls and tees and my friend was given a complimentary trolley. The course has great views with some really interesting holes that have water features. We enjoyed the walk and the game, though we did lose... More

We stayed in the holiday homes in Kenmare Golf club for a surprise 50th the end of April. The holiday home's are amazing, they have everything you could image and the view is stunning. I couldn't recommend staying here highly enough. We had dinner on the Saturday night in the Golf club, again beautiful. There was a large group of... More

Good challenge of golf for handicap golfers with some scenic but challenging holes and lovely bay views. Course relatively short but fairly hilly, and certainly no walkover for the average golfer with some holes requiring careful club and shot selection. Course in excellent condition and well manicured with really good greens. Friendly pro made us feel very welcome. Within walking... More

Four seniors played yesterday, great website, friendly and helpful reception, all very speedily organised. Spotless and very tidy facilities all close to the bustling and neat town. Large car park and busy in early morning. Tee time booking essential. The course is a wonderful mixture of old wooded areas, wide fairways and testing superbly tended greens and some fun bunkers.... Green, green, green with wonderful views. Hiring a buggy, clubs etc about A$120 for 18 holes. Very friendly 'do it all' bloke who was most helpful and chaty. Though the rest of the staff a little stuffy. Great to stay afterwards for a beer and look at the view.

Beautiful small golf course in two parts, some holes are on the other side of the road. Call before you go, to make sure there is no rush hour. Some clubs available to rent. There is also toilet next to 4th hole. Can't wait to go back!
