If you’re visiting Cromwell Bridge, you might as well walk across the street and see this little Holy Well. It’s small, but very well kept up. Visitors come here to pray for healing.

We saw this Well on our historic walking tour of Kenmare and it was one of the 'hidden gems' we would have missed otherwise. A lovely place to come and just sit. The history is interesting also. ENJOY!

A variety of tall trees sing like a symphony in the breeze. The beauty of the rock walls, paths & ledges surrounding Mary, is breathtaking. Sit on the bench, breathe deepm and relax.

Kenmare's Lourdes! WE went her with quide and the litle grotto is most interesting with current use and maintained impeccably-the lore associated with the well is most interesting-definitely a spot to visit.

Maybe you need to be a Catholic, to see the benefit of it. Because we had a accommodation a street ahead, we walked across this "Attraction". Situated near a funeral House.

Frankly, I'm not even sure why it's worth a visit. It is a short walk from the city center, and it's free. Period.

Lovely little place tucked away behind a B&B. The water supposedly holds blessings for the eyes. We searched for several holy wells that were documented along the Ring of Kerry, bu this was the easiest to find, just a short distance from the main road.

I walked among the trees and rocks. 73 degrees at 3PM. Sat on a bench at the Lady of the Well. The trees embraced each other and when the wind blew, it was more beautiful than a symphony---multiple notes in harmony. In the near distance, the bass section , goats having an afternoon discussion. The cool air brushed up my arm and through my hair. The fragrance of multi-colored flowers and the natural, clean, crisp, air of Kenmare embraced me.
Outloud, I said,"Thank you!"
