Do not miss it. One of the highlights of our trip! We almost skipped it because we were short on time - but given their invitation to visit and pay whatever donation we wanted, we figured we could squeeze in 30 minutes. The movie itself...More

Totally worth a couple of hours! We watched the introductory film about the life of Molly Gallivan during the famine, then followed the suggested trail through the farm animals, demonstration pieces, ancient stones and, as our host suggested, took selfies with the donkeys. We stayed...More

We were guided through the farm and cottage by the proprietor, Stephen O'Sullivan, who was quite entertaining even if his jokes were groan worthy. Of course we have all seen big sows, donkeys, cows and chickens but it's the history of the place that is...More

We stayed there and walked around. In general it is free to walk along the lanes in the garden. Nearby down The Valley is also Stone fort and stone ring etc. This is a couple of Euro. For us 10 Euro for the whole family.

I already answered the question..see above. BUT I can also say that the scenic shots all around the place is also worthy of a stop even if the shop is not open.
