Our ages ran from 11 years old to seniors and everyone thought it was the most fun evening. The tour of the farm was really informative. The dinner was delicious with a very cozy candlelight atmosphere. They even offered a vegetarian stew too. The show after dinner was very entertaining. Everyone loved the traditional singing and step dancing and some... More

We had a wonderful time enjoying Homecoming, a portrayal of a young man who came home from America. The meal before was excellent, the entertainment and storytelling engaging. We toured the farm later in the week and that was also amazing-full of history and beauty. Don't forget to enjoy tea and scones!

We stopped as soon as we saw the old Ford van out front! What a great time we had, exploring the farm, then shopping. The staff were very helpful and gracious. Came away with a LeeValley jacket, sweaters and assorted books, etc. Had a lovely cup of coffee from the owners. All-in-all, highly recommended!

This was a phenomenal stop and our most surprising. Stephen and his wife were so hospitable. PJ was a riot and quite the character. The place was full of surprises and each one of the ten ladies in this group said this was the highlight of their trip. We enjoyed tea and we all bought many souvenirs. We will tell... More

A very fun evening. We were there with a Trafalgar coach tour in September 2016. The guide, docent was a humorous, Irish accented male that made the entire evening one of the best of our tour. The dinner of all home made dishes was wonderful. The after dinner show of Irish "moonshine" (Potin) making and toast topped off the evening.... More

I bought a sheepskin rug for my daughter from here last week. I was able to choose my own and the young gentleman helped me and arranged for it to be posted home for me at a very little cost. It arrived 4 working days later in a box and was beautifully packed. Many thanks I will definitely buy from... More

This was one of the best highlights of our trip. The hospitality shown by Stephen and all his wonderful family was second to none. A most enjoyable, funny, and informative time.We would highly recommend anyone traveling any where near here to make a special effort to go and have a great time.

On a recent tour of Ireland I visited this little piece of Irish history, repaired and preserved over the past 15 years by a family prepared to sacrifice their careers and finances. The smallholding looks as though Molly and her 7 children have just walked away from the illicit still that funded the enterprising Molly and the cabbages and leeks... More

Lots to see and do here and if the weather cooperates, some lovely photo ops. There is plenty of parking and it makes for a nice stop between Kenmare and Glengarriff.
