Been in Chesterfield for 18 years and never visited before but decided to pop in during school holidays for a short visit. Really friendly staff, really well exhibited displays and items to view and overall a short but really enjoyable visit.

This is a lovely small local museum. It's very well curated and the staff are friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit and admission is free. I recommend you combine this with a visit to the crooked spire church.
