Lovely grounds at all times of the year. Easy and moderate walks. Great for photographers, especially in February and March when the snowdrops and daffodils are out.

Well worth a visit; living in Wiltshire, we are frequent visitors at all times of the year. The landscaping is always breathtakingly beautiful and one can quite see why this venue is frequently used for film sets. Restaurant and pub are also very good.

Unfortunately no dogs are allowed into the grounds until 4pm. I don't know why this is but there are signs at the start and around the park saying this.
