A must do. Try to do a moonless night, also known as a new moon. Our tour had two guides to help keep track of everyone. There were people on the tour with no kayaking experience, and they were fine. The guides were very knowledgeable...More

Went on the Bio tour and was awesome! The night boat ride on the pontoon was not overly crowded and very informative and the staff was knew their stuff!

Nelson picked us up a bit late and I was worried but we got out in the bay and he talked about the bio-luminescent phenomenon which we had already researched, but he added some info. Then we got out on our own with the clear...More

They rent jet skis you can take in the bay area at Esperanza. You have to stay in a certain area but it was plenty of space to have fun. An hour rental is enough time. Ocean is likely too rough to go further. We...More

We chose theses guys because they seemed honest when we talked to them at their info hut. They were also white English speakers and we wanted to learn about the complete bio bay system. When the driver met our group at the hut he grunted...More

Nelson is probably the worst tour guide ever. He was on his phone the whole time in the bay and said about 10 words to us. Overpriced, uninformative, unentertaining. Use a different tour service!!!!!!

Booked a trip for me and my wife to go on the bio tour and they were awesome! We were the only two that went on the late tour (they could've easily moved us or canceled) and got a private tour. The crew was knowledgeable...More

The bio Bay tour was awesome and well coordinated, I'd say it's s bit pricey but well worth the experience. The scorer rental experience was a headache as they only have about 25 scooters and being the only scooter rental company in Esperanza demand outstrips...More

I am travelling with only my Texas state ID as I do not want to lose my DL in Puerto Rico. I have rented and driven a moped before, so I do know how to drive it. Do they require DL present in order to rent the moped?

I would NOT rent a moped from them. We rented one from them back in February and got a flat tire 10 minutes from the hut. Pretty common thing to happen on the island I'm told. Soaked us $50 to 'rescue' us and take the... More

I never got to use their guided kayak tour and only had issues when trying to collect a refund. If you are renting a house, a cleaning fee can range from $75 to $150.
