We visited as we had seen advertising posters across this area of the Riviera for the cats and dogs exhibition. We were pleasantly surprised by the collections which provided an interesting insight into this artist's life, and particularly enjoyed the photographs taken of the man himself and his beloved pets. Beautifully presented in an air-conditioned modern building (which in itself... More

It is a very compact modern museum with a small collection of Bonnard's paintings. Worth a visit if you are in the area. The store is nice. The building is fairly new and there is a nice terrace.

A great Museum with an excellent exhibition.. The staff were friendly and amusing. I would have loved more of Bonnards paintings but those that were there were new to me. Le Cannet old town was small and quiet but very pleasant.

We always enjoy our visits to the Musee Bonnard. Usually the introductory comments on the entry walls have an English translation. We hope that Brexit is not the reason to give that a miss this time. It seems strange that the excellent accompanying catalogues usually have an English section as does the one for this exhibition called A Vision of... More

This beautiful museum is relatively new. It is situated near Cannes.Parking is on the street. Bonnard's work is thrilling to see and they do a good job of giving you insight to the man behind the work. Take the time to visit.

With a little time to spare, a friend and I visited this Museum....we were almost alone as we moved from room to room and floor to floor...there is a variety of works, from pencil sketches, notebooks and many finished works. An excellent film completed the tour....when we were leaving we discovered that the museum had closed and the guard had... More

My wife is an artist and Bonnard is one of her favorites, so we made the effort. More than the work presented, the museum provides a good insight into his life and influences. However, parking is very difficult in this overbuilt city.

Went to see the Henri Manguin exhibition which was lovely. Beautiful paintings and also some by Bonnard and others. Not too crowded so one could see everything without having to jostle. Worth visiting this museum frequently as they change the exhibitions a few times per year

The museum is a "must visit" for anybody coming to this area (to then be followed by some excellent dining in a range of local restaurants and visits to artists studios along the rue St Sauveur) There is a small permanent collection of Bonnard's work and then a series of always interesting exhibitions of other artists with some connection to...
