I used to live in the area and revisited Wepre park in August. I could not believe how much it has changed. It used to be a beautiful and peaceful little haven. It is now crammed with people. There were cars everywhere.. car parks rammed, adjoining fields full and parking on the roadsides nearby. All the pathways throughout the park were full of people.…

This place never disappoints. Great for all abilities. Facilities normally include a cafe and toilet - current guidelines in place. Vast space. Dog Pooh bins which people appear to use - yay. River. Waterfall. Woods

The park itself is lovely, if a little muddy at times. In the summer though, half the field (that was previously great for picnics / playing games) is taken over for car-parking. What was once a quiet walk through the woods is now as 'peaceful' as a busy high street. Such a shame it is being spoiled this way.…

First time visiting and didn't disappoint. Lovely day out with the family. Gorgeous scenery, great fun, hardwork in places but totally worth it Go prepared sensible shoes and a drink.
