I made a quick stop here yesterday and I've never seen so much good food crammed into such a small space. There is a great selection of items and it's certainly not overly expensive. A great little find.

Stopped here for lunch food today and definitely will be back. The food was lovely and fresh and the coffee tasteful. Also a wide variety of other specialty foods available. Something for everyone there. Worth a visit.

We just love this shop. The selection, for a small shop, is amazing! The service is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. We are so lucky to have this so near to us!

Take exit 7 off the m9 at Paulstown. Follow the signage to Gowran for the best deli. Busy at lunch time. Worth the wait.

I visited this shop by chance while killing some time, what a discovery! Excellent freshly prepared sandwiches, great coffee and fantastic pastries and cakes. Aswell as an interesting and diverse selection of European deli products which makes this small shop a real treasure trove of goodies that you just don't expect! A must visit. I will be returning.

Was visiting Gowran to see the collegiate church St Mary's and Glasrai & Goodies was recommended to us for sandwiches. We were amazed at how much gourmet food they have fit into their small shop. The sandwiches are amazing and delicious and the coffee was the best take away I have had. So glad we found it and will be... More
