As advertised, Stevie put us on more fish than we had a right to! With a rising tide we expected tough conditions, but Stevie got bus on a flat before the fish got in the mangroves and we were in constant schools of bonefish. The best aspect of the trip was Stevie guiding my wife to her first bonefish on... More

Awesome guide, I would highly recommend him. Stevie was very patient and knowledgeable. He put us on fish despite tough conditions.

My husband and I went bone fishing on Stevie's boat last week. He is an incredible guide. My husband used a fly rod; it is different than trout fly fishing and Stevie was patient. I switched to a spinner and caught the biggest one, but my husband caught 6! Of course, it depends on the weather and wind, but our... More

We had wind and a low pressure system, but Stevie found and stayed on the fish all AM. Very knowledgable and overall great guide. We hooked into 6 fish, had about dozen more chances. He is super fun to be on water with and can't wait to get back. Fish with Bonefish Stevie!

My 12 year old son and I were total novices to fly fishing much less bone fishing. Our only experience was practice casting in the back yard. Nonetheless my son hooked one up but it got away into the mangroves. I was lucky enough with Stevie's help to get two. Anyway, lots of fun and would definitely recommend.

We called Stevie after a failed morning trip we booked from our resort that was NOT bone fishing. It was last minute but he was ready and willing. It was our first time but we were set to find one..He was very nice and helpful. There was 4 of us on the boat, and usually only one or two people... More

My wife and I booked Stevie for a half day trip while we were staying at Sandals. Stevie picked us up right when he said he would and we were in the boat 15 minutes later. The day was great. We saw numerous fish and caught several. We also had a great time just talking to Stevie about life in... More

We had such a great time. Stevie was very polite and a great fishing instructor. This was my son and I's first time bone fishing and we really enjoyed it. Sincerely, Thomas and Max

For my half-day trip with Stevie, I woke up to 25mph winds and was worried about even seeing a bonefish, let alone connecting on the fly. Stevie picked me up at my resort and drove me the short trip to his boat. We took a quick 15 minute run and got right to fishing. The flats we fished were all... More

I took a half day trip with him a few days ago. Had a great time. Stevie knows his stuff and will put you on fish. He knows the spots and techniques. I'll be back next year for a full day trip.

Liberty Hill, Texas

Greetings to all who may read and answer my question or lead me in the right direction. This is our second trip to Exuma, the first was two years ago on the Elizabeth Harbor side and we rented a Boat from Minns Water Sports. Good people really, very accommodating and patient with a newcomer to the islands. Come late October 2016 we will be visiting again, this time we are going to stay on the west side where the flats are and though I am not really into Bone Fish fishing I would like to try trolling, bottom fishing and a possible chance at catching some "bugs". Here in the U.S. I do Bass fishing here in Central Texas and while I lived in Florida and abroad did my share of trolling and bottom fishing. Here in Texas I do own my own 18 foot Predator. So I guess what I am trying to say is I am an experienced fishing person and boater. Finally now down to the question. Does anyone know of any private boat owners who live full or part time in Exuma who might be willing to Rent their boat out to me during our stay. Looking for a 18 to 21/22 footer with GPS and a fish box as well as rod holders. All of the rest equipment I will be bring my own. I would rent the boat for at a minimum of 3 days straight and maybe a 4th day depending on price. Whoever may reply ... many thanks in making this another memorable vacation to the most beautiful place on earth (my opinion and I have been to many places before my retirement in 2006), Best Regards. Mike
