    Quiet (in September), clean, altogether pleasant

    Just a €7 taxi ride from Lourinha. The beach is clean and safe. There are lifeguards and flags indicating the degree f safety for swimming. Cafes and restaurants, plenty of space. Lovely setting, generally an agreeable experience!

    Usualy during September and early/mid October the weather is great, however this year is proving unpredictable. You could be lucky with the weather at that time, just keep watching the Atlantic Ocean weather fronts coming... More
