Very interesting visit where you can learn how to shave a sheep, and see it for real. Nice walk in the farmhouse, the largest collection of sheep breeds in the world.

The answer above is correct, and there is more detail on their web page. This year it was open on March 7th to May 5th and July 4th to August 31st. Open every day of the week during these dates and opens 10:30am to 5:00pm
