Bello stare immerso nel verde .I appreciated the gardens unfortunately ruined by the site of so many cats and kittens in poor health Sterilization exsists in Italy too. I'd have thought that Signor Carrisi , during all his travels, would have learnt sensibility towards animals!

It’s a big acqua park, perfect for the kids.
Price is affordable and the place is really clean.
Highly recommend

Brilliant (potentially)...for a day out..

The first time we’ve visited this water park. We arrived at 10.30 am to hear the announcement that all the picnic areas were full, all the sun loungers taken and security lockers reserved!
None the less we paid our €17 a head entry fee (under 6s Free, 6-15 half price) and went in.
It would have been useful to have received a map or a guide of the park as we wasted a good 30 minutes trying to understand where to go etc. and another 30 mins looking for shade as the 30° sun pelted down.
After the initial period we found our way around ok. Great for kids in their main area. Lots of life guards, although it would be better if they ALL wore the uniform so they were easily identifiable.
The slides for the bigger kids and adults had very long waits and unfortunately NO SHADE so very uncomfortable and quite annoying.
Another problem is the clear signposting of the rules for using the slides. Several people arrived at the top of the slides, after cueing for 30 minutes to find they couldn’t go down for one reason or another.
The lack of shaded areas and lack of management for the picnic areas meant that lots of families had taken both picnic and sun lounger areas whilst other families (like us) has neither picnic not sun lounger!
Overall a positive day and very enjoyable.
Advice: arrive early, take a picnic and drinks, pack a couple of chairs in case there are none available at lunchtime.
Positive note: staff very friendly (apart from some of the pool attendants who limited their client contact to just blowing whistles!)
Car park FREE and regular security patrols.

Poor quality water park
Aug 2017 • Family
If you are going to this waterpark, you will need a swimming hat, that you can purchase on site for €1 if you can find where they are sold - it took me a while walking round to find the right booth. There are only a few slides, none of them very good, and the queuing system was not efficient, so in two hours I only managed to go on two slides with my children managing three.
There is a large pool with a wave machine that looked good, but was really packed when it was turned on.
We went just before the busy holiday period, I think it would be terrible in peak season.

Fun for kids
Jun 2017 • Family
We visited when it just opened, for 6year old it was really fun, for adults not that much slides, the one they had very simple. Not very crowded. What bothered us we didn't know we need to take our food, and in small bar areas they had only drinks and small snacks, eventually we got hungry. Also aquapark stopped working for a lunch break witch was odd, everyone went for a lunch break and we just watched everyone eating. Despite all food problems our 6year old loved the kids area 👍

Small but great!
Jul 2015 • Family
Don't let anyone fool you, telling you that this place gets very crowded. It's only crowded for Italians! As many people as this place can pack in, it's not crowded by U.S. standards. It is small though. Not as many rides or pools as you might like, but the lines are relatively short, the water is super comfortable (I went in early July '15) and prices are very reasonable. The weather in southern Italy is great and you'll enjoy a beautiful, sunny, cloudless day in the hot, dry sun. There are lounge chairs all over for you to relax on if you've had enough of the water fun. As you enter, there's a picnic area with picnic benches. Italians come here early and prepared with picnic TRUNKS, not baskets, of food, and just plop their stuff down on a table and place their chairs upside down on the tables. Let's call this their version of "first come-first served" lunch reservations. Then they enter the park not worrying at all that anyone will take or mess with their stuff. It's GREAT! The park rides close down for an hour during lunchtime, which is quite normal everywhere in Italy. Go and Enjoy!

Could do with more slides and less loud music!
Aug 2015
Met friends who were also on holiday in the area for a day at the waterpark. Not my usual choice of attraction but all the kids were keen! Although very busy, the park was clean and tidy and there were plenty of toilet facilities and refreshment kiosks. Luckily we managed to get sun loungers as we arrived before 9am. The kids were a bit disappointed that weren't many slides and the ones they had weren't that great. Very loud music was played constantly which made it difficult to relax on the poolside. The shaded picnic area was very pleasant (and a lot quieter!)

Disappointing stay
Sep 2014 • Couples
The place looks runned down. Our room was very humid, even the bed linens were humid and unconfortable. The restaurant food was poor and tasteless. On the other hand, the pool area is beautiful and staff very friendly.

Why bother?
Aug 2014
I went in this morning promptly at 9:45 and got told there's no more space because people have been queuing up since 8 am! I understand they reached full capacity but why oh why let the cars go through the whole crappy roads leading only to the resort and not set up a member of staff inform the clients? My sister has paid for 3 tickets and we are flying back to London tomorrow, we have wasted a whole day now searching for a suitable beach! Going back n visit again next year ( we used to attend the water park every year)? Pretty much doubt it!

don't bother, waste of time

We visited beginning of June, when the waterpark was not yet open. Staff speaks italian only. Guided tour and walk thru the forest where you will see....old fairytale models and some animals kept in small cages. The guides are very friendly and trained primary school teachers...guessing by the way they talk. So we HAD to attend the tour thru the forest and then got taken to the inflatable bouncy castles. No sign of pony rides or quadbikes. Everything seemed old and run down (park opened in 2000). We did not see any of the afternoon theater/attracions as we could not bother hanging around any longer. The Self-Service Restaurant openend with unknown delay and did not look inviting at all, even thou it boosted a tripadvisor recommendationon the door. Barstaff was rather unfriendly. All in all a rather unpleasant experience, would not recommend at all. What a petty, we went there because we thought it was from Al Bano, but this belongs to his brother.
