Bad Bevensen's spa pools are characterized by their uplifting, health-oriented, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere both indoors and outdoors. In the Iodine-Saline Spa guests plunge into the relaxing and invigorating, bubbling warmth of the thermal baths, and swim or flow with the streaming current of the endless pool.Immerse and relaxSwimming on cold winter days in two outdoor pools with nearly 11,000 square feet of 32° water with a three-percent salt content is a truly unique experience!Analysis of the Iodine-Saline SpaThe iodine-saline hot springs water in Bad Bevensen's spa comes from two sources. Both are certified as therapeutic hot springs. The iodine-rich water is pumped from both springs from depths of 661-700 meters below sea level. This multi pool facility is mostly for the elderly and those in rehabilitation from injury. You may not swim laps neither inside or in the well heated outdoor pool. The natural minerals in the water smell a bit funky but made my skin very soft. There is a large separate sauna with 3 different rooms. Everything is clean and there... More

I recommend this to anyone!!!!! We swam and booked a 20 min relaxation massage. Heaven. The entire experience. It's not a place to take young children. Read the wristband instructions, and if you go over the 2hr time limit you get charged a little more. Well worth it!!!!!

The iodine brine thermal bath is good for cures. There are 4 generous pools with many jacuzzis. Not so many possibilities to play so it is more for the mature generation to really relax and have a quiet time. I'm always driving 30km to the baths, it's really worth it.

Sauna area is very nice - but make sure you understand the German way: Nothing but a large towel and a bathrobe. No swim suit.

This was a small therme, the water was briny. The cost was reasonable.

If your body is tiered and your knee hurts, try this special Thermal pools. Two outside pools and two inside (one was on building when we visited). We used to go for a long weekend, visiting the spa two to three following days, getting a real new energy and getting rid of any legs or knee aces. The spa is very... More
