The Burg in Meersburg gives a good idea of life in a castle. The displays are very good and include all the details of everyday life. The tour is well worth doing, if in the region. Also the views of the town and Bodensee are...More

Visited Meersburg town and castle after a long struggle to get parking (parking in lower town near the ferry to Konstanz was laughable and impossible) but managed to get a space in the upper town- this is time limited so be careful of the clock....More

We toured the castle and amazing artifacts inside from old knight armory and weapons to furniture. The village around and shops were exceptional too.
