Private date with a lion

We came here for a private audience with their young white lioness. It was a birthday present to my husband and it was quite outstanding. I can only recommend it to anybody who... read more

Joe bodemann has made a fantastic animal park with the animals he trains for films and television. The thing I love the most about this place is that when u book a one on one session with an animal it is only on the condition that the animal is happy to do so. In other words they don't force their... More

Went to the Filmtierpark today (2/1-'16), and afraid I have to share the opinons of the many quite critical recent reviewers. BUT January is probably not the time to go as a lot of the positively critiqued experiences are simply not available this time of year - and the entrance fee is thus also lowered from EUR 12 to EUR... Having promised the children a fun day out, we we're bitterly disappointed and even a nice cream at the end wasn't enough too cheer the kiddies up, It took us all of a few hours too look around, cost a fortune for what it was and the shows are simply awful, Germany has some beautiful attractions for children this is... What a great experience. Superbly cared for animals. The show was incredible but singing keepers were the real stars. Well worth visiting.

We came here for a private audience with their young white lioness. It was a birthday present to my husband and it was quite outstanding. I can only recommend it to anybody who loves big cats. They took a lot of time with us, more than we had paid for, and they are obviously very smitten with their big kitty,... More

A largish zoo-type establishment, with animals trained for photo shooting and film- or television work. The animals look healthy and they are, obviously, trained, the buildings mostly do not look very nice, there are some playground-areas interspersed, but food and drink only at the entrance.

Went with my family ( 3 yo, 1yo and a 10day old baby) mt 2 eldest had a great time and loved running around and looking at the animals yet they enjoyed the bouncy castle more! i do think that the cages are small and a few times we saw the animals pacing and they was shut out in mid... More
