Great pools,a bit difficult if you don't speak German!
Sep 2018
Came here for one evening last month with my partner and had a lovely time overall. Word of warning that the place has no English. The two receptionists we encountered had a very bad attitude (and also spoke very little English). They did not make us feel at all welcome though we clearly hadn't visited before. In fact, we spent our first 5-10 minutes there wandering around the lockers area trying to figure out how to use the lockers and then looking for the pools themselves! Eventually we had to ask one of the receptionists where the pools were. She sniggered at us and gestured toward a door. Once our time was up there we needed a taxi or bus home so we asked one of the receptionists about it who just picked up the phone and ordered us a taxi on the spot without discussion. If you don't speak German we would recommend using translation on your phone or downloading something prior to going to these pools (if you don't have data). The pools themselves were extremely clean and not crowded at all, with ample cubby holes available for free if you don't need a locker. My partner enjoyed the hydroslides as well! The rooms where the indoor pools are are almost uncomfortably warm, but the pools themselves which we went in were lukewarm so we got a bit cold if we didn't keep moving. Looks quite a fun place for children too, with a neat cave area and pirate ship. We have a feeling there were even more pools and maybe some spas we didn't find - as we couldn't read the signage at the facility so were reluctant to open all the doors. A neat place to visit while in Bamberg!

a range of pools, lots of people but enough space for everyone. Loved it that kids were having a ball and that no matter the age everyone looked relaxed. If you want to swim paddle or just relax great place to unwind for a couple of hours

A large set of pools, well organized, well priced and not too crowded. When driving here don’t let the barrier scare you – car park is free for aqua-park visitors. Inside: warm water pool, swimming pool, a water playground for the youngest (with a pirate ship), two great slides (one with pontoons) and a tower should you need more adrenaline. Outside: pools of various depths and sizes, one slide, a wave pool, etc. located in a small park. Fun time worth much more than you pay for family ticket and a great place to rest after strolling the lovely streets of the old town.

BEER FOAM WITH SEVEN HILLS
By Zoran Slavic

While going through Nuremberg, then I'm going to try to Bamberg, among other things, the famous smoked beer'''', as if from a distance I hear Wagner '' Master singers” opera by this German composer, strange and stilted, completed and premiered performed in Munich 1868th year. The story takes place in Nuremberg in the sixteenth century, and I ''Singers'' hear right now. Before Beer in Bamberg! Beta, married Vukanović, laughed uproariously to me. I however, Bamberg, which is situated on the river Regnic expected with a dominant Gothic towers and other buildings and Baroque strongly aspire to heaven, which is the same as the ancient 902nd when the city was first mentioned. There are late-Romanesque cathedral,
New residence with magnificent “Rosengarten’’ rose garden from which the amazing view of the city. Altenburg castle is located on the highest of the seven hills of Bamberg. The castle was once lived and well-known German writer ETA Hoffman.
I found myself in front of an impressive monument. ''The Bamberger Reiter'', the sculpture in 1240. Years, placed right next to the cathedral, a unique example of Gothic sculpture in free space, separated from the building and it is addressed. Probably the Conrad III, but it is not excluded that it is Stefan I of Hungarian. Either way, this is one of the equestrian, famed around the world as a symbol of the city.
Building Šlenkerla'''', the famous beer hall, the iconographic significance as well, but for a different reason and a different clientele. In a city that after extensive daily tours of history and art, the night offers much more, with the slogan: In a healthy body, healthy mind. Because only food and drink keep body and soul in the right combination! In the region of Franconia, and Bavaria was in it, and today he is still more than 300 breweries! And most of them are in the valley of the river Regnic that marked Nuremberg and Bamberg! Most of them are local, family brewery. Beside them are mandatory and beer tavern. For the district. The street. Larger family or society. These beers are different. Particularly with respect to their world-famous. It has its fans in and around Bamberg. Lovers come from all over the beer world.

Glad to have this in Bamberg.

This is a great pool for the kids and very affordable. Very close to downtown and the US Army Garrisson. The staff are friendly and speak German, as well as, other languages (such as English). Absolutely superb Spa at Bambados. If you need a massage...do not go anywhere else in the city. THis is the place to come. My only request to Bambados would be to please....bitte....install a whirlpool (jacuzzi). Some of us moms really need it!

I've been going here for at leat twice a week now for a couple months, it's very inexpensive, the pools are rarely crowded; with the exception of German holidays. Your entire visit is so relaxing.

Fun family time
Amazing indoor schwimmbad. Kids love it. The cafeteria is great. Oh and the wellness spa is fantastic. I recommend going while it snows as it is magical to swim as the sky drops a blanket of white around you.
Make sure you walk trepidaciosly as the wet tiles are very slick.
