Beautiful ,quaint buildings that look almost tudor style.Lovely little canals with loads of fine restaurants along the banks. Only reason for not giving five stars was price charged in these upmarket eating places.Must visit but don't eat there if on a budget.

The St Leu area is a very compact area of waterways and pleasant places to have a meal or a drink and watch the world go by.

A great place for a meal or a coffee. A wide variety of restaurants and a floating restaurant if you can make a booking.

Little Venice, is a bit too much. It is nice. Quite a load of places to eat but around you can still discover some ancient houses. When in Amiens, visit the Notre Dame also then inside. And then enjoy meal or refreshment in St-Leu.

Easy walking distance from the Cathedral over the river. Lovely old houses to look at . Near to restaurants on riverside. Silly not to include in a walk around Amiens

Charming little neighborhood ( with some dodgier sections, but still, safe) built around the canal system. Lots of restaurants, old mills ,one of which is being repaired by unesco , cool, stuff.
