The view from the belfy is stunning - well worth it. You get such a different perspective of the city & how the houses are built. This was one of the prettiest town squares we visited on our tour of Northern France.
The Belfry offers great views of the city and overlooks the town's main plaza. It is a quick tour.

There is a lift most of the way up and spiral staircase to finish.
Great views can be had from here.
Definitely worth a few mins if your time if you are in the square.

Squeezed in a quick trip up the Belfry . Great views - lift most of way then scarey circular stairs for last bit with open treads. Labelling on boards could have been a bit more accurate but pointed out major landmarks
This is well worth it for the views over arras . Check the opening times before to avoid disappointment. The ascent involves going downstairs, taking a small lift and then walking up a tight spiral staircase. This is all fine and makes the views worthwhile....More
