The castle provided a wonderful surrounding for a wedding attended by >100 guests, with the ceremony inside the great hall and the reception in a marquee in the grounds. Excellent.

Despite what an earlier reviewer said re the wedding venue this is such a lovely castle. It is in private hands and if the owners have to resort to putting on weddings to maintain the property then good luck to them and I wish them...More

They have a good website with open and closed dates but it only goes to the end of September so far. There is a phone number and email address. You had better check as it is a popular wedding site.
