Hotel was clean and there was a prompt check in. The receptionist was good with us his English was perfect and he helped answer any questions we had. The hotel had a shuttle bus which was close to the Disney park and it was free to come and go as we wish. Had a bit of a communication problem with the concierge at times and they didnt always answer the phone I had to try a few times but they did answer in the end. Room service wasnt very nice. The food was normal and the chips weren’t properly cooked the second time we ordered. Overall great location we went primarily for disney and it was a bonus how close it was to the mall. The beds were comfortable and the toilet was clean our cleaner was very nice and cleaned the room thoroughly. I would come again just these small changes to he made to make 5 stars. Xx

What a lovely hotel. The rooms are fairy big and airy. Bathroom is great as has deprecate bath and also separate shower which is nice to be able to choose. One odd thing is the toilet is in a separate room. Location wise it’s great if you need to be close to Charles De Gaulle airport. The bar area is always very clean and bar staff very pleasant and free nibbles too (nut/cracker mix) having tried the bar food but breakfast is always a winner and there’s so much to choose from. If your staying here and wanna visit the city it’s probably best to use Uber it cost about €50 each way and if there are 4 of you it’s money well spent. Great hotel and would highly recommend!

This was my third time at this hotel. The hotel is ok, maybe not a 5-star but still good quality. It is the service that is poor. My colleague was asked to pay a 750€ guarantee for a room that had already been prepaid! I had my cable charger removed from the room and they did not even care for an apology. I would not recommend this hotel and I am definitely not staying there again!

J'adore Paris!
One of my favorite city. The hotel is great. 10 min free shuttle bus ride to airport CDG.
Every room is sound isolated and equipped with mini kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric stove, cutlery sets, dishes.
There is shuttle bus to Aeroville the big Mall and to Paris.
Breakfasts are various and delicious. The staff are friendly and always ready to help.

The security is great

If compare it with the other hotel nearby like holiday inn. ibis, Novotel and etc. they don't have to big gate in front off the hotel but for this it has a big gate which is providing security for the guest and it's always locks apart from that it has a van service as well which is great the location is quite okay it's not far from the shopping more called Aéroville we can walk there from the hotel.

The hotel is not bad, but for sure not my favorite one. The check-in its takes minimum 20mins (if you are really lucky!) and its doesn't matter if you are here for the first time or you are coming every 4-5 days. The wifi connection is really bad. Today after 30mins of check-in I found my room not cleaned, and when I asked to change my room to a clean one, its took again more than 20mins

Not 5 star but lovely rooms

I arrived at 1am, there was someone at the reception - very nice lady but the check in took 20mins and they gave me too much paperwork, not a big fan. She gave me check out time to 1pm which was nice.

The room,as you can see in pictures, was a very nice room - with most amenities as in regular 5 star hotels. It was warm and bed very comfortable.

The "brasserie" where the breakfast happens was the main downside for me - went there at 10am and the service absolutely horrible - a rude female manager told me the buffet is all they have...i couldnt order anything a la carte or even order coffee or croissant. I personnally hate buffet, I dont like to walk around when I wake up, And I am very clumsy. I do like to be seated and order my coffee and croissant stress-free.
I was astonished by the rudeness of this lady, who didnt give a damm...and There is only one restaurant.

Then, went to main bar and had to pay for my coffee as they wouldnt serve me in the restaurant. 12pm I try and go back to my room but my card had been de-activated...went back to reception and they said they de-activate all card at 12pm.

Won't go back there.
