It's has been 30 years that we make tours in french at 3.00 pm.
Tours in English are only from july to mid-september at 2.00pm

We visited here in April before the busy tourist season. It was so interesting to learn all about the oyster growing, harvesting, processing and selling process. We followed our tour with a feast of every imaginable shellfish, plus sea bass and cuttlefish (not our fav).
Very interesting visit. So we heard they export their Oysters even as far as to Dubai! They should be consumed within 4 days.
Their top season is the Christmas - New Year period. We were astonished how many oysters they deliver. I don't remember the...More
