What a day!
Aug 2018 • Family
Great challenging day! The blue intermediate course took us to the limit. Everything is done independently after a short safety tutorial. We stayed for 3 hours. We could have stayed much longer...

Amazing experience and very friendly staff
Jul 2018 • Family
We visited the rope course today (after we inspected the course yesterday). The very friendly staff suggested to try the course with our 5 year old daughter (and 8 year old son). They loved it! My daughter needed some help since she couldn’t reach all steel ropes, but she (and we) loved it.
We come back next year to do the blue rock with my son!

Great ropes course in beautiful location
Sep 2016 • Family
We visited Xtreme Sud in September 2016 as part of a family holiday and were looking for some adventure activities for our children 16 and 14.

The adventure park is located in a relatively quiet part of town not far from Porto Vecchio and is situated in quiet a tranquil part of the forest.

The staff spoke little English but were very helpful with our children and took them through the safety and familiarisation activities. There are different levels of courses to choose from and again the staff were helpful and pitched the right level to our children.

The ropes course itself is quite spectacular and covers a lot of terrain with different obstacles and differing levels of challenge. The track to follow along underneath afforded great views and was in itself a pleasant outing.

This is a great adventure for teenage children and provides some spectacular views of the mountains in Corsica.

Canyoning - brilliant!
Jul 2017 • Friends
Me (56) and my daughter (21) did our first ever canyoning with xtremsud. We were kitted out, had to walk to the too of the canyon ( quite hard work), then came down in a variety of jumps, slides and abseils. At every stage you could opt out and climb down the side if it was too much but the sun shone, the water was lovely and we were safely advised by our guide. There were children in our party too - I am hopeless at guessing ages but I would say the youngest was about 10. We all did every stage including an alarming looking backwards slide and jump at the end. DO IT!

Fun, but you are on your own

Definitely fun and reasonable price. We did the obstacle course and climbing and it was a great time. Don't expect any help if you get stuck though, my wife missed the net on an zip line and was hanging for 20+ mins before anyone came around.

FUN :)
Aug 2014 • Friends
Rope courses was really fun. Nice area in L'Ospedale and the hours just passes while having fun. The trails where marked as easy, medium and hard. Good information before and you get the help that you need if you need any.

The mountain climbing corse was exciting and the view on the top was just perfect!

Canyonning and ropes courses
Aug 2014 • Family
Some of the best canyonning we've ever done - enormous fun. The high ropes are excellent - but beware - some are very very hard! Superb views from the top of the via ferrata

Giddy heights!!!

Easy to park. Very friendly people. Cash or cheque only. About 30 mins by car from Porto-Vecchio. Bring your own food and drinks, although you can buy cans.
Once kitted out with harness, helmet and a briefing you try out a few mini courses to make sure you know what you are doing. Then you can follow 3 trails according to level of difficulty. Some of the trails are really high (much higher than any of the similar places in the UK), with a variety of exercises: "tight rope", bridge, cargo net, ... and zip wires. The "Via ferrata" is fantastic! The trail takes you up a huge rock, either on the medium route (which takes you via the centre of the rock) or on the difficult route (via the outside, overhanging 40 to 50 meters). Then amazing zip wires to get down (there are also escape routes if the zip wires are not your thing).
Very reasonably priced: in July 2014 an adult cost €22 and a child €18; we then spent 7 hours on the site, having a great time. Brilliant place to go to, with magnificent views.
