A gem on the Adriatic. That simple. Go there. Stroll the streets. The tiny ones. Sit on the square with the cathedral. Get gelato. Listen to the music. Watch the kids play soccer/football. It's simple but amazing. La dolce vita.

Nice place to visit during a night summer, enjoy the tiny roads, small places going up and down. The atmosphere is great.

Although not large in area the old historic center of Teramo is a lovely place to stroll around and enjoy a drink or meal. The castle at the entrance on the modern town side was built by Emperor Frederick II - 'stupor mundi" - one...More

The best kept old Italian city I have seen yet, absolutely charming, people friendly, great restaurants, great bars, unusual shops, really lovely there. Wonderful 6th century cathedral and great hotels, we stayed at Locanda Alfieri which was superb. I would go back tomorrow if I...More
