I was there for a whole weekend, the ambiance is lovely, very professional employees, and awesome gaming experience!

St Vincent is a beautiful little town, friendly, great food, easy going, very restful, stunning views. A great break in an unseasonably hot summer, St Vincent was pleasant, made for nice stay. For gambling just too boring.

A very positive experience. The members of staff are courteous and the place is clean and amenable. Easy access and parking is a short distance. For disabled people it is better if the car is driven to the main entrance where the person can get off and then go and park somewhere else. Inside it’s fully disabled access, apart perhaps from the tables on the first floor because they might be too high to reach.

Never been to casino that made it so hard to play. It took almost an hour to get in with just a short line. Then to cashier. Then back to a different cashier. Then to customer service. No one could help. Had comp. which could only be used on slot. I wanted chips to play tables. Played slots, then tried to cash out. I was told I could never cash out "playable only". Actually Losable only. Who wants to gamble if the house states you can't cash out. After almost 2 hours, still no craps. I took my "playable only" tickets and left. I go to casino for fun, not to waste time.

We are disappointed to note that we didn't live up to your expectations.
Our Casino access procedures are required to comply with the Italian law, however the times are not so long and usually it takes a few minutes to get in.
The chips playable only are free and must be used in slotmachines, but you can withdraw the winnings derived from their use.

I played cards games and the dealers were all aged and experienced= so playing is easy and they explains how to play well (only in Italian though)
They are old so dont know much English and it made them look unfriendly to me.
Some dealers were really rude to whom doesnt speak Italian. Italy is still the third world,,,so it is cheap to stay ,,but you can not expect real service...I felt like 40 years back in Japan,,, it is good and bad,,,if you talk about casinos,,,it is terrible if they dont know what is the service...Honestly they have many Chinese players and they are used to serve to Asians with rough attitude becaus Chiese dont complain about services,you see?

You want to play Poker? This is not the place for you.
10 people on the waiting list, 3 empty tables, and the manager refuse to open a new table... there is no dealer
Hallo, are we in a casino or at home?
We came from a far (2 hours drive) just to go back the same way without playing.
I can understand if we were late, and all tables are full... or no other in the waiting list... but, I can't understand a casino that refuse to allow you to play!!
Will not come here ever again

We were hugely disappointed to note that we didn't live up to your expectations at our Poker room.
We work hard to make each and every player's experience special at our Casino, so your important observation will be audited by our quality department.
Perhaps the reason was the lack of personnel or timetable reasons, we will verify.
Normally in our poker room we host international tournaments, poker cash game and sit & go, you can check the upcoming events on our web site.

We haven't really tried gambling and it was really fun to try and there were so many things to do inside the casino! It was a shame we couldn't watch those who were playing poker.

It is such a spacious casino with a beautiful décor, there are machines of all kinds, but no lives terminal roulette except roulette automatique. There are separated section of the poker, table games on the upper floor as well smoking section with well built glass between the area non and smoking area.
The service inside the gaming is rather acceptable, unlike the registration desk, there were two grown up ladies one with short hair wax gel and long hair, they seemed not very interested to pay attention of the customers who need to be registered. I was right infront for like almost 5mins in distance of 5meters from the desk. No eye contacts, no greetings, nothing at all and all they do were chatting, laughing and chatting about their vacations, etc, as I heard in italian. I was standing there like an idiot begging to be addressed.
The reason is in this casino you cannot go in like that, first to register with these unfriendly ladies and then there is another guy waiting at the main entrance for ya.
The process is way too long to my opinion, should adopt the way other casinos like Barcelona do, easy and quick. Why waste paying extras employees if the registration can be done directly on the entry with exactly the same, camera, etc issue on the spot.
Anyhow, the entry was free but no free drinks inside unlike some other casinos. The toilet was rather unkept. It was indicated 24 for 7, but didn't get exactly if it means operating all hours.
All in all, training is a solution, a strict customer quality assessment of daily basis is required. Anyone who is not providing or interested to delivery an exceptional experience of each client, must be OUT and say good bye.

We are delighted you appreciated the quality / price ratio of our drinks and food.
Currently our Gaya restaurant offers limited food options, most suitable for small break than a real meal, but our Resort has 3 other very fine restaurants, for the most refined palates.

We do not usually gamble, but it was fun to try out with the free coupons we got at the hotel and at a restaurant (La Trattoria degli Amici). If you're in Saint-Vincent you cannot miss it ;)

All’interno della struttura sono presenti due casse per il cambio delle banconote. In generale le slot funzionano tutte a gettoni, ma in alcune puoi utilizzare anche banconote. Personalmente non le ho utilizzate molto, ma non mi sembra di aver visto nessuno utilizzare alcun tipo di scheda.
