This place was unbelievable. Amazing views that went on for miles. They were doing a wedding photo shoot while we were there. This could not have been a more perfect place for it. We were only here for a little bit as this was our first stop of our day going along the Amalfi Coast, but it was the perfect... More

Ravello in November a disappointment, but the gardens of the Villa Rufolo were interesting; less floral of course (everywhere) than in summer, but very Italian. Crumbling stone walls, also everywhere.

One of the most spectacular see view in my life! We stayed in Amalfi and i took half an hour by bus to get there. It was hard raining and we hesitated if it is worth to go. But it was above our expectations! Small garden full with flowers, fantastic colors of the see, picturesque landscape and a small villa-museum... More

If you are time limited, Villa Cimbrone Garden is nicer, though Villa Rufolo is nice too. It is smaller, and the flowers looked more artificially added. Maybe the impression was not perfect because they were removing the stage of the concerts that were held here - but the entrance price was the same. So do visit this garden, because it... More

We wanted to visit Villa Rufolo as had heard the views were the best in the Amalfi Coast and this sure did not disappoint. Unfortunately it was a cloudy/rainy day but even though this was the case it didn't dampen the view. Also it was really quiet so could wander around and take our time which was lovely. Defiantly recommend... More

The villa itself is quite nice, but it's the views from the gardens that we went for and they didn't disappoint. Not overly crowded either.

we stumbled on this while visiting Ravello. for a while we wondered whether it was worth buying a ticket to go in. But it was good that we did. This was an absolute highlight of our Amalfi trip. We have never seen better views from the Amalfi coast. You can't tell where the sky merges with the calm blue of... More

Gorgeous old villa, site of the Ravello Music Festival each summer. The grounds are worth the visit and it is located right off the town square.

A very tranquil place to wander round with old architecture to explore and beautiful gardens and a view to die for. Fascinating audio visual display about the Rufolo festival.

We toured the gardens and structures today of Villa Rufolo and really enjoyed it. There are some structures which are 1,000 y/old which is incredible. The view overlooking Minori and the Maiori (the latter being the large beach & town), is nothing short of breathtaking. Ravello is charming and earth the 30min bus ride. The local bus was so full,people... More
