A wonderful location and setting. A pity that the garden is not maintained better in spite of the income of entrance fee.

We loved strolling through these gardens away from the crowds. We only had a limited time so had to pick one Villa to visit and based on previous reviews we decided to tackle the walk to Cimbrone and we are so glad we did. Incidentally...More

That is the best hotel and turned out to be even better than I could ever imagine! The suite was magic, the view was breathtaking, service was perfect, I just felt 100% satisfied with the choice of this hotel! Definitely coming back!!!

This was a real highpoint of our week and we would go again if we return. It is a wonderfully peaceful and beautiful place especially the Terrace of Infinity. Nice looking cafe outside, didn't use it though. Well worth paying to go in!

Nice walk in spring through gardens. Short walk from center and a place for large events, such as weddings.

Beautiful gardens with incredible views worth spending some time exploring - a bit of a hike to get there, but well worth it. Buy some gelato or water at the little cafe at the far end of the garden and sit on the tiny balcony...More

More than worth the 10-15 minute walk from the center of Ravello to visit Villa Cimbrone. The gardens are spectacular -- in May, there were hydrangeas as big as your head! Once you have been to Villa Cimbrone, you will be able to identify it...More

Beautiful gardens - amazing views & well worth a visit! It was 7 euros in each but we were booked into the restaurant for lunch and so did not have to pay this. It was the most beautiful meal & would highly recommend to anyone.

Is this attraction handicap accessible? I'm not in a wheelchair, but I have severe arthritis, use a cane, and cannot climb many stairs. Thank you for your help.

The main problem is getting from the main square in Ravello to the villa. Once there, you'll find some paths which are smooth but others not really easy for a wheelchair. On the plus side, the views from the gardens are... More

Hello, Wish someone could have a quick reply to me as we'll be there in a week or so. 1- shall we take the guided tour in the Villa Cimbrone, or it has no added value to doing it by ourselves? 2- Concerning public transportation, could anybody advise about the time frame of that: what time till what time is it available, whether taxis or buses? Thanks to all the contributors.
