We had some time here on our group tour, there are some great bars to have a iced coffee and a Cannoli, some more scenes of Inspector Montalbano is filmed here I’ll leave it for you to find them when you visit this wonderful area.

This huge duomo dominates views of this town and is worth visiting. Lots of steps to climb but there is an elevator available on the side.

We visited this incredible working church twice during our three days in Ragusa. It has quite a history and is best appreciated with a local guide or a very good travel book. On our second day there was a beautiful wedding in the late afternoon...More

If you have a few minutes spare .. make sure to walk in this magnificent church. It has a wonderful decoration and a tranquil atmosphere. Worth the contemplation. Recommended

First of all, check opening times because it is closed for several hours during the day. It is slightly different from what I expected in that there are a lot of velvet? drapes inside which I like but my wife didn't.

We had not reached baroque church saturation at this point in the trip so the church was still good. It is situated in the lower town which is probably the only part that you really need to go and see. Well worth a visit.

In the centre of the town of Modica. Very impressive baroque church. Definitely worth a visit. Modica is definitely worth a visit. Clean and many baroque style buildings

There are so many stunning churches in Sicily and this is another one. Most interesting bit was the Nuns singing with the primary schoolkids.

Amazing overall for the Baroque style and has to be on the list. Wish however to provide at entrance more information about the dome itself. It has to be one of the top objectives in Sicily.amazing on the outside and amazinf on the inside.
