We were really surprised by the beauty of this town as we didn't expect to see so many beautiful houses in Corso Vittorio Emanuele. It is a very long and beautiful street in every aspect: historic, clean and tidy as well as the beautiful shops and nice cafes.

I have traveled in many cities in Italy but Pordenone was not in the ones suggested. So walking in this central street was a pleasant surprise with its arches and the colorful palazzos with beautiful affreschi...

Great Italy, this evening I'm in Pordenone, in the Northeast side of my Country. It's a very relaxing city.

Attractive walking street of the old town. Most of the best attractions are here or around plus lots of restaurants, shops, some galerias...The parking place is not far away, even a free one across the river.

Visiting this pedestrianised street is an extraordinary experience. The modern multinational shopping brands are all here, but nothing can distract from the wonderful Venetian and Renaissance frescoes on the first and second floor facades of the buildings. Walking along it guarantees historic and architectural heaven. This is also where the wonderful Museo Civico d'Arte is located.

It's a nice atmosphere for strolling through beautiful architectural buildings which house various shops, coffee bars and a good Spritz with friends...

The good thing about this place is that it is not swarming with tourists. It's a nice laid back place, almost sleepy. The street runs right through the historic old town. It has got some beautiful old buildings either side and also some high end shops and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed my walk.

This is a little hidden so on arrival we were disappointed. However we found the old town and it was really worth visiting.

It is essentially one street but you can feel the history.

Nice mix of shopping, restaurants and history. Venture down the side streets which all seem to have hidden treasures.
