The restaurant was happy to accomodate 8 persons after 9 pm. The waitress was very friendly and took care of all the requests of the kids. The food was delicious. I can recommend the tiramisu with orange!

Pulpits, for instance, in Pisa and Siena, are famous. The same family did the one in this church -- and yet almost no one visits! But the advantage is that you will have time to study it and enjoy it from many angles.

Nice place to visit, not too packed. This church has some very interesting art about it, the visit is quite quick and free.

Put your 50c in the slot and watch this unassuming little church light up. And in the middle is an extraordinary carved marble pulpit, in many ways superior to the one in Pisa cathedral. A must see if you visit Pistoia.

This is one of the hidden gems in Italy. Up close, the pulpit--the main sculpture too see--looks remarkable. It has been carved from one piece of marble.
