Worth a visit if you're in the area

Intricate details, the Duomo is definitely worth visiting if you're in the locality. Great place to reflect a little.

The Duomo in montelpuciano is not large churchthat you can see in Italy, but is small and lovely, in some minutes you can go in and out, I don't remember if the is an entrance fee but, Im sure it was free.

Montepulciano is a wonderful place to visit and the Duomo is the icing on the cake. Beautifully ornate and rife with history, get here if the opportunity presents itself. You won't be disappointed.

This church was unique. Our guide told us that the only surviving part of the old church is the bell tower. The outside facade was also never finished, which gave it a unique look. Inside definitely was Florentine.

Yes, every town in Tuscany has a central plaza with a church. Every church has it'w own sense of beauty and uniqueness. That's why we go there. Add this to your tour

We spent an afternoon wandering in Montepulciano. Lots of ducking into shops, buying local items and enjoying the atmosphere. Coming to the Duomo was a delight -- it takes only a few minutes but is an important part of the history of this wonderful town. Don't miss -- it's a big part of why Montepulciano is the town it is.

This Duomo is one of the main attractions in the old city and worth the walk in. Beautiful architecture which gives a sense of time gone by.

A simple faced church in the Palazza Grande built in the 1500s. We were surprised when we entered to find beautiful marble floors and majestic architecture. It is an important part of the culture and history of the city not to be missed.

The duomo is really interesting to see especially if one loves the architecture, because one can see in it how magnificent a place can be even with "simple" architecture when compared to the duomo of Pisa and Firenze.
