Nice Romanesque church
Feb 2018 • Friends
Also dating to the 6th century like the neighboring Basilica, it has an empty yet beautiful interior with roman columns and floor mosaic.

SMALL but COZY
Mar 2018 • Family
The poor little basilica is just beside her much bigger sister, Santa Eufemia.
It is so small, there's no electricity, no sound system, at least apparent. It would seem Santa Eufemia is "used" and this remains just for architectural and ancient art fans.
So you can just sit down and feel the weight of centuries on its walls. Do find the time...

An Unexpected Surprise
Aug 2017 • Couples
A small church that shares the same square as S. Euphemia, you might miss it as the front entrance is very simple. It is worth visiting if you are in the area, especially if your are looking for a quiet place for private prayer or reflection.

Stunningly simple historic church
Sep 2017 • Friends
One of two every early Christian churches in Grado, this is the smaller one. It is dwarfed on size by The next door S Euphemia but is equally impressive in its simplicity, especially the stark stone altar. It has wonderful mosaic floors on several levels. See it and wonder at its serenity.

A treasure to discover
Jul 2017 • Family
As for almost anything in Grado, also this church is a treasure to discover: both roman and first-christians traces in a quiet and silent environment

Early Christian church
Jul 2017 • Couples
This is a small, spartan early-Christian church right next to the larger Basilica di Sant'Eufemia, both of which are in the centre of Grado, all of which is compact and can be easily visited on foot.

Spartan it may be but it is well worth a visit for its atmosphere and history.
