Amazing piece of history in town
Jan 2017
You should definitely visit the Ponte Leproso if you are in the Benevento area. One of the oldest masterpieces we have in town.

Smelled like leprosy.

Smelled little like leprosy down there. Choked with weeds, and seems to be visible only from the cracked old (not historic old) viaduct behind an auto shop.

Ancient bridge near the city center
Jun 2015 • Family
This bridge is over 2000 years and was used by the Romans-It is still standing and is in good condition after all these years-It is located not far from the city center and should be on your itinerary when visiting Benevento
