If you are looking for a sandy beach then look no further. This beach is extremely clean and probably the cleanest beach I’ve ever been on. There are a couple of areas off of the beach where there are restaurants and coffee shops. Really good...More

Qurum beach is quite nice for a long walk or run, go for a swim or have a picnic. There is a bunch of coffee shops so good place to have a coffee or lunch-D'Arcys Kitchen of example, but there is Costa cafe there too.

We enjoyed walking along the beach in the morning There is quite a bit of shade available which is good for families or people who don't want to sunburn. The water is not rough so suitable for children, but there are no lifeguards so you...More

We spent 5 hours there. Green meadows, trees with shade, well kept sandy beach with almost 4 km length. Not too many people. A changing room - have coins with you . You will need 50 bait coins. It includes a bathroom and shower. Good...More

A long stretch of a sandy beach, will do nice green areas to find some shade. Nice for swimming, plenty of swallow areas for the kids, no big waves. No great for snorkelling or such, but also some handy areas around the intercontinental to get...More

Overall the beach is clean and very long. You can enjoy a great walk long the beach and take a swim in the sea.

For walking it is ok, not particularly pretty, hard dark sand, not a lot of infrastructure around. Big desalination plant sticking out the beach. I wouldn’t come for a beach vacation here. The only place we really liked was Slider Station, great restaurant (see my...More

It was really good and it reminds me of my hometown where beaches are accessible (ILOCOS REGION, PHILIPPINES).. nice and relaxing view plus you can buy barbecues if hunger strikes along the way or you dont have a snack with you.

Never seen a beach floodlit with blue lights. Its a bit weird and disturbing in an interesting way. Rather empty at 7pm on a weekday. A few families grilling meats and cooking dinner on the beach. None of the activity you expect on the waterfront....More

It's extremely easy to tour around Muscat and therefore from cruise port to most beautiful beaches "Qurum Beach" you can either go by taxi or open tour buses like the one in London. If you time is limited, I strongly suggest... More

I don't think a 15 seater bus could park there. They would have to drop people and go park further away maybe a mile or so down the road.
