My experience with Bait Muzna Gallery, It has been very bad while visiting Muscat, Oman. I was at Susan's house (The owner of the gallery) And She personally asked me to send my paintings from Spain to Muscat as soon as possible I trusted in Susan and I sent 4 paintings, two oils and two on paper, (valued at 3.600€) from Seville, Spain to Muscat, Oman I trusted in Susan Al-Said, and I sent them four paintings of mine, from Spain to Muscat They sold a piece of a picture composed of 6 parts, Now the painting is incomplete, they don't want to take responsibility of his mistake when selling a piece of a painting. the former director Jackie asked me for my physical address and my bank account number, supposedly to pay me the painting that was sold and return the other three. today they have not paid me anything and they have not given me back my paintings they haven't pay me and they haven't returned them to me either, this is too much, it's the worst experience I've had with an art gallery and it can't bee The gallery has to pay my work, that is not free they don't want to give me back my paintings they don't want to pay me either In August 2020, they returned two of my works on paper (one is incomplete, and they have not paid me anything) The two oils that the gallery has, they have not been returned to me, nor have they been paid In August I had some clients waiting for the two oil paintings, but in the package that the gallery sent me, they were not and the current director has had the shame to tell me that there is nothing else, incredible and unacceptable Now they don't answer me when I ask them to return my paintings They don't answer my calls and they've even blocked me They don't answer my emails either and they have also blocked me on instagram, it's incredible It's the worst experience I've had with an art gallery and the first time something like this happens to me. the gallery has to pay me what it owes me, be very careful with this art gallery It is a gallery of thieves and be careful because they will steal your works

Bait Muzna Gallery is having a facelift and I am quite excited to see the gallery open later in March this year. The gallery will have a special wheelchair accessible entrance and visitors can enjoy viewing new exhibits and purchasing new high quality products from renowned artists and makers in the region. As a leading Art Gallery in Oman visitors can expect spectacular displays, leaving them in awe and certainly prompt them to visit the gallery again and share their experience with friends. Bait Muzna endeavours to showcase Oman's finest heritage, culture and art and I for one applaud their commendable work and wish them every success!
