It isn’t the most lively mall in Muscat and seems empty and quiet most of the time with almost all the shops and restaurants being empty whenever I’ve visited but there are some great dining and shopping options! The mall itself is nicely designed and I will visit again soon to see if there have been any changes since my last trip

The mall is great and their food court has restaurants that are different from the usual restaurants you find in other malls. The cafes are also very nice but there just aren't enough shops in the mall as yet. Would love to see more open soon so that it's a more lively place to visit.

unique architecture with musical fountain as the central attraction , mall design looks promising but still it is not full functional and outlets doesn't have any popular brands yet , focus mainly on local interests . It must be interesting when all stores and options available .

This is one of the most charming mall in MCT with exquisite lights to attract the walk ins. It looks very elegant. Not the entire mall is functional but you can visit and get the feel. This looks awesome at night hence a visit during evening hour is recommended.
