This trip is a little gem hidden away from the main roads. Other reviewers have described the details of the boats etc. and I wouldn't argue with all the praise they have given the trip. We were lucky to visit on a warm, still, summer's...More

We booked on the spur of the moment during a trip to How Hill. We'd been to How Hill and 'Toad Hole' several times and spent the night there when we moored a boat and we'd seen these trips advertised but not been on them....More

This is indeed a brilliant boat trip. Very tranquil indeed seeing Kingfishers, Heron. And fleeting view of bittern.

An excellent, informative trip into the marshes with a guide from the Broads Authority made this introduction to the Broads more than just a pleasure trip although a pleasure it was. The Electric Eel is small enough to wind its way into the narrowest of...More

Nothing further to add to the other great reports. A magical hour with Brendan as our guide negotiating the narrow channels whilst giving us so much information about this wonderful area. So different from other trips on the Broads. Followed by free entry to the...More

The main Broads can be very busy and you cannot enjoy what things should be like. If that's how you see things definitely worth an hour on the Electric Eel ,across the main waterway into a small dyke just wide enough for the boat. The...More

No other boat trip in Norfolk ( to my knowledge) manoeuvres down such tranquil narrow dykes. This trip stands apart from the rest as it is less commercial and the broads staff make it more of a personal experience .Time seems to have stood still in...More
